3 And the LORD said to Satan, Have you considered my servant Job, that there is none like him on the earth, a perfect and upright man, one who fears God, and shuns evil? And still he holds fast his integrity, although you moved me against him, to destroy him without cause.

14 Listen to this, O Job; stand still, and consider the wondrous works of God.

22 For I have kept the ways of the LORD, and have not wickedly departed from my God.
31 Surely it is proper to say to God, I have borne chastisement, I will not offend anymore;
10 Therefore listen to me, you men of understanding: far be it from God to do wickedness, and from the Almighty to commit iniquity.
