12But where shall wisdom be found? And where is the place of understanding?

3Will vain words ever end? Or what makes you bold enough to answer?
16Why is there a price in the hand of a fool to get wisdom, seeing he has no desire for it?
4Therefore I said, Surely these are poor; they are foolish: for they do not know the way of the LORD, nor the judgment of their God.
6For the LORD gives wisdom; from His mouth come knowledge and understanding.
