28But you shall say to them, This is a nation that does not obey the voice of the LORD their God, nor receive correction: truth has perished, and is cut off from their mouth.
5Because they do not regard the works of the LORD, nor the operation of his hands, he shall destroy them and not build them up.

17'And the way of peace they have not known:'

3For now they shall say, 'We have no king, because we did not fear the LORD; what then should a king do for us?'
