4Do all the workers of iniquity have no knowledge, who eat up my people as they eat bread, and do not call upon the LORD?
12But if they do not obey, they shall perish by the sword, and they shall die without knowledge.
3For now they shall say, 'We have no king, because we did not fear the LORD; what then should a king do for us?'
5Because they do not regard the works of the LORD, nor the operation of his hands, he shall destroy them and not build them up.
4For You have hidden their heart from understanding; therefore You will not exalt them.
10They hate him that rebukes in the gate, and they abhor him that speaks uprightly.
13Therefore the Lord said, Forasmuch as this people draw near to me with their mouth, and with their lips do honor me, but have removed their heart far from me, and their fear toward me is taught by the precept of men:
32He who refuses instruction despises his own soul, but he who hears reproof gains understanding.
13They are among those who rebel against the light; they know not its ways, nor abide in its paths.
28And to man he said, 'Behold, the fear of the Lord, that is wisdom; and to depart from evil is understanding.'
