For you said, What advantage will it be to you? and, What profit shall I have, if I am cleansed from my sin?

17Shall mortal man be more just than God? Shall a man be more pure than his maker?
24Therefore the LORD has recompensed me according to my righteousness, according to the cleanness of my hands in his sight.
