35 Only the cattle we took for ourselves as spoil, and the plunder of the cities which we took.
36 From Aroer by the edge of the river Arnon, and from the city by the river, even unto Gilead, there was not a city too strong for us; the LORD our God delivered all unto us.
3 Why has the LORD brought us to this land, to fall by the sword, that our wives and our children should be prey? Would it not be better for us to return to Egypt?
25 For the LORD has made the Jordan a border between us and you, children of Reuben and children of Gad; you have no part in the LORD. So your children might make our children cease from fearing the LORD.
16 For all the riches which God has taken from our father, that is ours, and our children's: now then, whatever God has said to you, do.
9 And Moses said, We will go with our young and with our old, with our sons and with our daughters, with our flocks and with our herds we will go; for we must hold a feast to the LORD.
15 And they came to the children of Reuben, the children of Gad, and the half-tribe of Manasseh, in the land of Gilead, and spoke with them, saying,
23 Will not their livestock and their substance and every beast of theirs be ours? Only let us consent to them, and they will dwell with us.
26 Our cattle also shall go with us; there shall not a hoof be left behind; for we must take of them to serve the LORD our God, and we do not know with what we must serve the LORD until we arrive there.
28 This is the inheritance of the children of Gad according to their families, the cities, and their villages.
2 And they spoke to them at Shiloh in the land of Canaan, saying, The LORD commanded through Moses to give us cities to live in, with their suburbs for our livestock.
21 Then the children of Reuben, the children of Gad, and the half-tribe of Manasseh answered, and said to the heads of the thousands of Israel,

28 They took their sheep, their oxen, and their donkeys, and what was in the city and what was in the field.
29 And all their wealth, all their little ones, and their wives they took captive, and they plundered even all that was in the houses.
33 And the thing pleased the children of Israel, and the children of Israel blessed God, and did not intend to go up against them in battle, to destroy the land where the children of Reuben and Gad dwelt.
7 But all the livestock and the spoil of the cities, we took as plunder for ourselves.
24 And there shall dwell in Judah itself, and in all its cities together, farmers, and those who go forth with flocks.
32 And the men are shepherds, for their occupation has been to feed livestock; and they have brought their flocks, herds, and all that they have.

13 And that you will save my father, and my mother, and my brothers, and my sisters, and all that they have, and deliver our lives from death.
14 And the men answered her, Our life for yours, if you do not reveal this our business. And it shall be, when the LORD has given us the land, that we will deal kindly and truly with you.
14 But the women, and the little ones, and the cattle, and all that is in the city, even all the spoil of it, you shall take for yourself; and you shall eat the spoil of your enemies, which the LORD your God has given you.
39 Moreover your little ones, whom you said would be prey, and your children, who today have no knowledge of good and evil, they shall go in there; to them I will give it, and they shall possess it.
8 And all the house of Joseph, and his brothers, and his father's house, only their little ones, and their flocks, and their herds, they left in the land of Goshen.
16 Then will we give our daughters to you, and we will take your daughters to us, and we will dwell with you, and we will become one people.
