Lest my enemy say, I have prevailed against him; and those who trouble me rejoice when I am moved.

12Do not deliver me to the will of my enemies; for false witnesses have risen against me, and such as breathe out violence.
3For the enemy has persecuted my soul; he has crushed my life to the ground; he has made me dwell in darkness, like those long dead.
19But my enemies are vigorous, and they are strong; and those who hate me wrongfully are multiplied.
7The LORD takes my part with those who help me; therefore, I will see my desire upon those who hate me.
13Have mercy upon me, O LORD; consider my trouble which I suffer from those who hate me, you who lift me up from the gates of death:
13For I have heard the slander of many: fear was on every side: while they took counsel together against me, they devised to take my life.
3When my enemies turn back, they shall fall and perish at your presence.
6And in my prosperity I said, I shall never be moved.
7I will be glad and rejoice in your mercy: for you have considered my trouble; you have known my soul in adversities;
3For strangers have risen up against me, and oppressors seek after my soul: they have not set God before them. Selah.
26Let them be ashamed and brought to confusion together that rejoice at my hurt; let them be clothed with shame and dishonor that magnify themselves against me.
3Because of the voice of the enemy, because of the oppression of the wicked; for they cast iniquity upon me, and in wrath they hate me.
14Let them be ashamed and confounded together who seek after my soul to destroy it; let them be driven backward and put to shame who wish me evil.
17Do not rejoice when your enemy falls, and do not let your heart be glad when he stumbles.
9From the wicked who oppress me, from my deadly enemies who surround me.
