And I said, What is it? And he said, This is an ephah that goes forth. He said moreover, This is their resemblance throughout the earth.

8Then he cried to me and spoke to me, saying, Behold, those that go toward the north country have quieted my spirit in the north country.
9And the word of the LORD came to me, saying,
9And he said to me, Go in, and behold the wicked abominations that they do here.
4And, behold, the glory of the God of Israel was there, according to the vision that I saw on the plain.
5Then he said to me, Son of man, lift up your eyes now toward the north. So I lifted up my eyes toward the north, and behold, northward at the gate of the altar this image of jealousy in the entry.
6He said furthermore to me, Son of man, do you see what they do? even the great abominations that the house of Israel commits here, that I should go far off from my sanctuary? but turn yet again, and you shall see greater abominations.
9And when I looked, behold, a hand was sent to me; and, look, a scroll of a book was in it;
10And he spread it before me; and it was written on the inside and on the outside: and there was written in it lamentations, and mourning, and woe.
13And the word of the LORD came to me the second time, saying, What do you see? And I said, I see a boiling pot; and its face is toward the north.
6For the Lord has said to me, Go, set a watchman, let him declare what he sees.
17Then he said to me, Have you seen this, O son of man? Is it a trivial thing to the house of Judah that they commit the abominations which they commit here? for they have filled the land with violence, and have returned to provoke me to anger: and, lo, they put the branch to their nose.
1And there was given to me a reed like a rod, and the angel stood, saying, Rise, and measure the temple of God, and the altar, and those who worship there.
6And he said to me, Son of man, have you seen this? Then he brought me, and caused me to return to the bank of the river.
