“Be strong and brave! Don’t be afraid and don’t panic because of the king of Assyria and this huge army that is with him! We have with us one who is stronger than those who are with him.

    22The LORD delivered Hezekiah and the residents of Jerusalem from the power of King Sennacherib of Assyria and from all the other nations. He made them secure on every side.

  • 29So I responded to you,“Do not be terrified of them!

  • 24So here is what the Sovereign LORD of Heaven’s Armies, says:“My people who live in Zion, do not be afraid of Assyria, even though they beat you with a club and lift their cudgel against you as Egypt did.

  • 32So this is what the LORD has said about the king of Assyria:“He will not enter this city, nor will he shoot an arrow here. He will not attack it with his shield-carrying warriors, nor will he build siege works against it.

  • 25Then Joshua said to them,“Don’t be afraid and don’t panic! Be strong and brave, for the LORD will do the same thing to all your enemies you fight.”
