20At that time I will lead you– at the time I gather you together. Be sure of this! I will make all the nations of the earth respect and admire you when you see me restore you,” says the LORD.
13“Be sure of this, the time is coming,” says the LORD,“when the plowman will catch up to the reaper and the one who stomps the grapes will overtake the planter. Juice will run down the slopes, it will flow down all the hillsides.
14I will bring back my people, Israel; they will rebuild the cities lying in rubble and settle down. They will plant vineyards and drink the wine they produce; they will grow orchards and eat the fruit they produce.
15I will plant them on their land and they will never again be uprooted from the land I have given them,”says the LORD your God.
9This is what the LORD of Heaven’s Armies said to me:“Those who remain in Israel will be like the grapes thoroughly gleaned from a vine. So go over them again, as though you were a grape harvester passing your hand over the branches one last time.”
14“I, the LORD, also have something to say concerning the wicked nations who surround my land and have attacked and plundered the land that I gave to my people as a permanent possession. I say:‘I will uproot the people of those nations from their land and I will free the people of Judah who have been taken there.
15But after I have uprooted the people of those nations, I will relent and have pity on them. I will restore the people of each of those nations to their own lands and to their own country.
7I will restore Judah and Israel and will rebuild them as they were in days of old.
23Judah Will Be Restored The LORD of Heaven’s Armies, the God of Israel says,“I will restore the people of Judah to their land and to their towns. When I do, they will again say of Jerusalem,‘May the LORD bless you, you holy mountain, the place where righteousness dwells.’
9Therefore, I will take back my grain during the harvest time and my new wine when it ripens; I will take away my wool and my flax which I had provided in order to clothe her.
6“I(says the LORD) will strengthen the kingdom of Judah and deliver the people of Joseph and will bring them back because of my compassion for them. They will be as though I had never rejected them, for I am the LORD their God and therefore I will hear them.
7Yet even after she had done all that, I thought that she might come back to me. But she did not. Her sister, unfaithful Judah, saw what she did.
11Now listen to me! Send back those you have seized from your brothers, for the LORD is very angry at you!”
3the LORD your God will reverse your captivity and have pity on you. He will turn and gather you from all the peoples among whom he has scattered you.
7Look! I am rousing them from that place to which you sold them. I will repay you for what you have done!
6I will look after their welfare and will restore them to this land. There I will build them up and will not tear them down. I will plant them firmly in the land and will not uproot them.
12He will lift a signal flag for the nations; he will gather Israel’s dispersed people and assemble Judah’s scattered people from the four corners of the earth.
14I will make myself available to you,’ says the LORD.‘Then I will reverse your plight and will regather you from all the nations and all the places where I have exiled you,’ says the LORD.‘I will bring you back to the place from which I exiled you.’
10I have seen a disgusting thing in the house of Israel: there Ephraim commits prostitution with other gods, and Israel defiles itself.
11Then the LORD said to me,“Under the circumstances, wayward Israel could even be considered less guilty than unfaithful Judah.
6Yet in days to come I will reverse Ammon’s ill fortune.” says the LORD.
18The Lord Will Restore Israel and Judah The LORD says,“I will restore the ruined houses of the descendants of Jacob. I will show compassion on their ruined homes. Every city will be rebuilt on its former ruins. Every fortified dwelling will occupy its traditional site.
5For before the harvest, when the bud has sprouted, and the ripening fruit appears, he will cut off the unproductive shoots with pruning knives; he will prune the tendrils.
22He has said,‘They will be carried off to Babylon. They will remain there until it is time for me to show consideration for them again. Then I will bring them back and restore them to this place.’ I, the LORD, affirm this!”
7Indeed Israel is the vineyard of the LORD of Heaven’s Armies, the people of Judah are the cultivated place in which he took delight. He waited for justice, but look what he got– disobedience! He waited for fairness, but look what he got– cries for help!
10When I please, I will discipline them; I will gather nations together to attack them, to bind them in chains for their two sins.
12So all these Judeans returned to the land of Judah from the places where they had been scattered. They came to Gedaliah at Mizpah. Thus they harvested a large amount of wine and dates and figs.

9A Concluding Oracle The LORD’s message came to me as follows:

30Those who remain in Judah will take root in the ground and bear fruit.
17“Therefore say:‘This is what the Sovereign LORD says: When I regather you from the peoples and assemble you from the lands where you have been dispersed, I will give you back the country of Israel.’
9For indeed, I am on your side; I will turn to you, and you will be plowed and planted.
4Even when their enemies drive them into captivity, from there I will command the sword to kill them. I will not let them out of my sight; they will experience disaster, not prosperity.”
10“For the LORD says,‘Only when the seventy years of Babylonian rule are over will I again take up consideration for you. Then I will fulfill my gracious promise to you and restore you to your homeland.
11So now, tell the people of Judah and the citizens of Jerusalem this: The LORD says,‘I am preparing to bring disaster on you! I am making plans to punish you. So, every one of you, stop the evil things you have been doing. Correct the way you have been living and do what is right.’
19But I will restore the flock of Israel to their own pasture. They will graze on Mount Carmel and the land of Bashan. They will eat until they are full on the hills of Ephraim and the land of Gilead.
10Listen to the LORD’s message, O nations. Proclaim it in the faraway lands along the sea. Say,“The one who scattered Israel will regather them. He will watch over his people like a shepherd watches over his flock.”
6The LORD said to me,“Announce all the following words in the towns of Judah and in the streets of Jerusalem:‘Listen to the terms of my covenant with you and carry them out!
11Then the people of Judah and the people of Israel will be gathered together. They will appoint for themselves one leader, and will flourish in the land. Certainly, the day of Jezreel will be great!
31Those who remain in Judah will take root in the ground and bear fruit.
53“‘I will restore their fortunes, the fortunes of Sodom and her daughters, and the fortunes of Samaria and her daughters(along with your fortunes among them),
18At that time the nation of Judah and the nation of Israel will be reunited. Together they will come back from a land in the north to the land that I gave to your ancestors as a permanent possession.
4“When that time comes,” says the LORD,“the people of Israel and Judah will return to the land together. They will come back with tears of repentance as they seek the LORD their God.
25I will make up for the years that the‘arbeh-locust consumed your crops– the yeleq-locust, the hasil-locust, and the gazam-locust– my great army that I sent against you.
