    12Indeed, in truth, God does not act wickedly, and the Almighty does not pervert justice.

    13Who entrusted to him the earth? And who put him over the whole world?

    9May the evil deeds of the wicked come to an end! But make the innocent secure, O righteous God, you who examine inner thoughts and motives!

    8He judges the world fairly; he makes just legal decisions for the nations.

  • 13You are too just to tolerate evil; you are unable to condone wrongdoing. So why do you put up with such treacherous people? Why do you say nothing when the wicked devour those more righteous than they are?
