18the eyes of your understanding being enlightened, for your knowing what is the hope of His calling, and what the riches of the glory of His inheritance in the saints,

7And of all things the end hath come nigh; be sober-minded, then, and watch unto the prayers,

13waiting for the blessed hope and manifestation of the glory of our great God and Saviour Jesus Christ,
10wherefore, the rather, brethren, be diligent to make stedfast your calling and choice, for these things doing, ye may never stumble,
11for so, richly shall be superadded to you the entrance into the age-during reign of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ.
12Wherefore, I will not be careless always to remind you concerning these things, though, having known them, and having been established in the present truth,
8and we, being of the day -- let us be sober, putting on a breastplate of faith and love, and an helmet -- a hope of salvation,

5And this same also -- all diligence having brought in besides, superadd in your faith the worthiness, and in the worthiness the knowledge,
13but, according as ye have fellowship with the sufferings of the Christ, rejoice ye, that also in the revelation of his glory ye may rejoice -- exulting;
21yourselves in the love of God keep ye, waiting for the kindness of our Lord Jesus Christ -- to life age-during;
17Ye, then, beloved, knowing before, take heed, lest, together with the error of the impious being led away, ye may fall from your own stedfastness,
18and increase ye in grace, and in the knowledge of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ; to him `is' the glory both now, and to the day of the age! Amen.

14but put ye on the Lord Jesus Christ, and for the flesh take no forethought -- for desires.
11All these, then, being dissolved, what kind of persons doth it behove you to be in holy behaviours and pious acts?
15As many, therefore, as `are' perfect -- let us think this, and if `in' anything ye think otherwise, this also shall God reveal to you,
7that having been declared righteous by His grace, heirs we may become according to the hope of life age-during.
