And you shall set it before the LORD your God, and worship before the LORD your God: 11 And you shall rejoice in every good thing which the LORD your God has given to you, and to your house, you, and the Levite, and the stranger that is among you. 12 When you have made an end of tithing all the tithes of your increase the third year, which is the year of tithing, and have given it to the Levite, the stranger, the fatherless, and the widow, that they may eat within your gates, and be filled; 13 Then you shall say before the LORD your God, I have removed the sacred things out of my house, and also have given them to the Levite, and to the stranger, to the fatherless, and to the widow, according to all your commandments which you have commanded me: I have not transgressed your commandments, neither have I forgotten them: 14 I have not eaten of it in my mourning, neither have I taken away any of it for any unclean use, nor given any of it for the dead: but I have listened to the voice of the LORD my God, and have done according to all that you have commanded me. 15 Look down from your holy habitation, from heaven, and bless your people Israel, and the land which you have given us, as you swore to our fathers, a land flowing with milk and honey.

- 1 John 3:17-18 : 17 But whoever has this world's goods, and sees his brother in need, and shuts up his compassion from him, how does the love of God abide in him? 18 My little children, let us not love in word or in tongue, but in deed and in truth.

- Mark 14:10-21 : 10 And Judas Iscariot, one of the twelve, went to the chief priests to betray him to them. 11 And when they heard it, they were glad and promised to give him money. And he sought how he might conveniently betray him. 12 On the first day of Unleavened Bread, when they killed the Passover, his disciples said to him, Where do you want us to go and prepare that you may eat the Passover? 13 And he sent forth two of his disciples and said to them, Go into the city, and there shall meet you a man carrying a pitcher of water; follow him. 14 And wherever he goes in, say to the owner of the house, The Master says, Where is the guest room where I shall eat the Passover with my disciples? 15 And he will show you a large upper room furnished and prepared; there make ready for us. 16 And his disciples went forth and came into the city, and found as he had said to them; and they prepared the Passover. 17 And in the evening he came with the twelve. 18 And as they sat and ate, Jesus said, Truly I say to you, One of you who eats with me shall betray me. 19 And they began to be sorrowful and to say to him one by one, Is it I? And another said, Is it I? 20 And he answered and said to them, It is one of the twelve who dips with me in the dish. 21 The Son of Man indeed goes, as it is written of him, but woe to that man by whom the Son of Man is betrayed; good were it for that man if he had never been born.
