ሳኦል ኣብ እዚ ጎን ደብሪ ይሄድ ነበረ፣ ዳዊትን ሰባትኡን ድማ ኣብ ሓካል ጎን ደብሪ። ዳዊት ብፍርሒ ሳኦል ፈጣን ሽሓቕ ነበረ፤ ምክንያት ሳኦልን ሰባትኡን ንዳዊትን ሰባትኡን ኣብ ዙሪያ ክዕዝኡኦም ተኣካቱ።

    5ዳዊት ተነስኦ ናብ ሳውል ዝተሰፈረሉ ቦታ መጻእ፤ ዳዊት እቲ ሳውል ዝሰየረሉ ቦታ ኣየ ነበረ፣ ኣብነር ወዲ ነር መሪ ሠራዊቱ እዩ ነበረ። ሳውል ኣብ መካከል ሰፈር ሰይር ነበረ፣ ሕዝቡ ድማ ኣብ ዙሪያው ተሰፍሮም ነበሩ።
