ኣብ ሓወኻ ሸለቆ ዝነበሩ ሰባት እስራኤልን፣ እንዲሕና ኣብ ሓወኻ ዮርዳኖስ ዝነበሩ እዮም ሰባትን፣ ሰባት እስራኤል እንዲ ሸሽጉ እንዳረኩ እና ሳኡልን ወዲኡን እንዳሞቱ ረኺቦም፣ ከተማታቶም ኣተዉ ሸሪሑ፤ ፍልስጥያማን መጹ ኣብኣቶም ተነብሩ።

    10መሳርሒው ኣብ ቤት ኣስታሮት ኣቐምጡ፤ ዓካሉ ኣብ ግድግዳ ቤትሻን ሰቐቑ።

    11ዝነብሩ ኣብ ያቤስ-ገለዓድ ሰባት ፍልስጥያማን ሳኡል ዝገበሩ እንታይ ከም ሰሙ፣

    12ኩሉ ብርቱዕ ሰባት ተነሱ፣ ሙሉእ ለይቲ ሄዱ፣ ካብ ግድግዳ ቤትሻን ዓካል ሳኡልን ዓካላት ወዲኦምን ኣነሱ፣ ናብ ያቤስ መጹ እዚኣ ኣቃጠሉኣቶም።

    13ኣጥንታቶም ኣነሱ በታሕቲ ጥድ ኣብ ያቤስ ቀብሮም፣ ሰባተ መዓልታት ጾሙ።

    6ሳኡልን ሶስቱ ወዲኡን ዘሸከመ-መሳርሒውን ሙሉእ ሰባትኡ ብሓደ መዓልቲ ሞቱ።
