ንዝመጀመረ ኣዘዘ እንተ ብሎ፣ “ኤሳው ሓውና እንተ ተገናአኻኩም ይጠይቕኩም እንተ ብሎ፣ ‘ማን ናትኩም? ናበይ ትዝሑ? እዚኦም ቅድሚኩም ዝምለጡ ማን ናቶም እዮም?’”

    21እንዳ ስጦታ ቅድሚኡ ሄደት፤ እሱ ግን ብዚ ሓመድ ለይቲ ኣብ ሰፈሩ ተደመረ።

    6መልእኽተኛታት ተመለሱ ናብ ያዕቆብ እንተ ብሉ፣ “ናብ ሓወኻ ኤሳው መጻእና፤ ከምኡውን ኣብ ርክብኡ ኣርባዕተ ሚእቲ ሰባት እዮም ዝመጽእዎ።”

    7እቲ ያዕቆብ እጅግ ፈርሐን ተጨነቐ፤ ዝሓዘ ሕዝብን መንጋን ኣህያን ግመላትን ክልተ ጉጅለታት ከፊሉ።

    8እንተ ኤሳው ናብ ሓደ ጉጅለ መጻእ ኣቱ ይመትየዎ እንተሎ፣ እቲ ዝተረፈ ካልእ ጉጅለ ክሽየ እዩ ኢሉ።

    9ያዕቆብ እንተ ብሎ፣ “ኣምላኽ ኣቦይ ኣብርሃም፣ ኣምላኽ ኣቦይ ኢስሐቅ፤ ናብ ሃገርካን ናብ ዘርካን ተመለስ እንተ ኣለኻ እግዚኣብሔር፣ ‘ጽቡቕ ክሕረክ እየ’ ብለካ ነይርካ።”
