ንኣደኡ ገና እቲ ገንዘብ ኣመለሰላ፤ ኣደይ ድማ ክልተ መቶ ሸቀላ ብር ወሰደት እና ለዋ ሰራሕተኛ ዝጋልግል ብረት ሃባት፤ እሱስ ካብዚ የተቀረጸ ምስልን የተቀላ ምስልን ሠርሖ፣ እቲኻ ኣብ ቤት ሚካ ነበሩ።

    8እቲ ሰብ ካብ ከተማ ቤተልሔም ይሁዳ ወጺኡ ንምነባር ዝኽእል ቦታ ክረኽብ እየ ዝፈለጠ፤ ብመንገዲ ምንዳይ ናብ ተራራ ኤፍሬም ናብ ቤት ሚካ መጻኡ።

    9ሚካ ንሱ ብሎ፡ ካብ የት መጻእካ? እሱ ኣመለለ፡ ኣነ ሌዋዊ እየ ካብ ቤተልሔም ይሁዳ፣ ንምነባር ዝኽእል ቦታ ክረኽብ እየ ዝድልይ።

    10ሚካ ብሎ፡ ምስዝኣ ንተነብር፤ ኣቦይን ካህናይን ትኸውን፤ እኔ በዓመት ኣስርተ ሸቀላ ብር እሃብካ፣ ልብስ እና መግቢኻ እሃብካ። እዚ ሌዋዊ ድማ እቲ ገበረ።

    11እቲ ሌዋዊ ምስ ሰብ ምንባር ክነብር ተስማማ፤ እቲ ወጣን ሰብ እንተ ሓደ ወዲኡ ከም ሆነሉ ነበረ።

    12ሚካ እቲ ሌዋዊ ቀደሰዩ፤ እቲ ወጣን ሰብ ካህናው ኮይኑ፣ ኣብ ቤት ሚካ ነበረ።

    13እንዚ ሚካ ብሎ፡ ሕጂ እወ እግዚኣብሔር ጽቡቕ ይግበረልየ፣ ስለዚ ሌዋዊ ካህናይ ኣሎኒ።
