    7ስለዚህ አሁን ተመለስና በሰላም ሂድ፤ የፍልስጥኤማውያን አለቆችን እንዳታስናድዳቸው።

    8እንግዲህ ዳዊት ለአኪስ አለ፦ “እኔ ምን አድርጌ ነው? ከአንተ ጋር እስከ ዛሬ ድረስ ሳለሁ በባሪያህ ምን አገኘህ እንዳታደርገኝ የጌታዬ ንጉሥ ጠላቶች ላይ ለመዋጋት እንዳልሂድ?”

    9አኪስም መልሶ ለዳዊት አለ፦ “አንተ በዓይኔ እንደ እግዚአብሔር መልአክ መልካም መሆንህን አውቃለሁ፤ ነገር ግን የፍልስጥኤማውያን አለቆች ‘ይህ ሰው ከኛ ጋር ወደ ጦርነት አይወጣ’ አሉ።”
