I am sending you silver and gold. Now, break your treaty with Baasha, king of Israel, so that he will withdraw from me.' 4 Ben-Hadad listened to King Asa and sent the commanders of his armies against the cities of Israel. They attacked Ijon, Dan, Abel Maim, and all the storehouse cities of Naphtali. 5 When Baasha heard about it, he stopped fortifying Ramah and ceased his work. 6 Then King Asa mobilized all Judah. They carried away the stones and timber Baasha had used to fortify Ramah, and Asa used them to fortify Geba and Mizpah.
