    13So Moses stretched out his staff over Egypt, and the LORD brought an east wind upon the land all that day and night. By morning, the wind had brought the locusts.

    14The locusts came up over the entire land of Egypt and settled in all the territory of the land in such large numbers that they had never been seen before, nor will they ever be seen again.

    15They covered the face of the whole land, so that it was darkened. They devoured every plant in the land, all the fruit of the trees that the hail had left. Nothing green remained on a tree or plant in all the land of Egypt.
