    17The servant girl who was the doorkeeper said to Peter, 'Aren't you also one of this man's disciples?' He replied, 'I am not.'

    18The servants and the officers stood around a charcoal fire they had made, because it was cold, and they were warming themselves. Peter was also standing with them, warming himself.

    55They lit a fire in the middle of the courtyard and sat down together, and Peter sat among them.

    56A servant girl saw him seated there in the firelight. She looked closely at him and said, "This man was with him."

    57But he denied it: "Woman, I don’t know him," he said.

    59About an hour later, another person strongly insisted, 'Certainly, this man was also with him, for he is a Galilean.'

    61The Lord turned and looked straight at Peter. Then Peter remembered the word the Lord had spoken to him: 'Before the rooster crows today, you will disown me three times.'
