  • 42Maaseiah, Shemaiah, Eleazar, Uzzi, Jehohanan, Malchijah, Elam, and Ezer also joined in, while the singers sang loudly under the direction of Jezrahiah, their overseer.

  • 24Then I set apart twelve of the leading priests—Sherebiah, Hashabiah, and with them ten of their brothers.

  • 8With them were the Levites—Shemaiah, Nethaniah, Zebadiah, Asahel, Shemiramoth, Jehonathan, Adonijah, Tobijah, and Tob-Adonijah—along with the priests Elishama and Jehoram.

  • 34These were the heads of the Levite families, chiefs in their genealogies, and they lived in Jerusalem.
