22‘They will be taken to Babylon and will remain there until the day I attend to them, declares the LORD. Then I will bring them back and restore them to this place.’
7A proclamation was then issued throughout Judah and Jerusalem for all the exiles to assemble in Jerusalem.
8Anyone who failed to appear within three days in accordance with the decision of the leaders and elders would have all his property confiscated and would be excluded from the assembly of the exiles.
10At the turn of the year, King Nebuchadnezzar sent for him and brought him to Babylon, along with the precious articles of the house of the LORD. He made Zedekiah, his brother, king over Judah and Jerusalem.
15And to bring the silver and gold that the king and his counselors have freely offered to the God of Israel, whose dwelling is in Jerusalem.
16Together with all the silver and gold you may find in the whole province of Babylon, as well as the freewill offerings of the people and the priests given for the house of their God in Jerusalem.
30So the priests and the Levites received the weight of the silver, gold, and vessels to bring them to Jerusalem, to the house of our God.
20So hear the word of the LORD, all you exiles I have sent from Jerusalem to Babylon.
1In the same year, at the beginning of the reign of Zedekiah, king of Judah, in the fourth year, in the fifth month, Hananiah son of Azzur, the prophet from Gibeon, spoke to me in the house of the LORD, in the sight of the priests and all the people, saying:
3Then send them to the kings of Edom, Moab, the Ammonites, Tyre, and Sidon through the envoys who have come to Jerusalem to King Zedekiah of Judah.
6The prophet Jeremiah said, 'Amen! May the LORD do so! May the LORD fulfill the words you have prophesied by bringing back the articles of the LORD's house and all the exiles from Babylon to this place.'
17Also in those days, the nobles of Judah were sending many letters to Tobiah, and replies from Tobiah were coming to them.
15On the twenty-fourth day of the sixth month, in the second year of Darius the king.
1The word of the Lord that came to Zephaniah son of Cushi, son of Gedaliah, son of Amariah, son of Hezekiah, during the days of Josiah son of Amon, king of Judah.
11When all the Jews in Moab, Ammon, Edom, and all the other lands heard that the king of Babylon had allowed a remnant to remain in Judah and had appointed Gedaliah son of Ahikam son of Shaphan as governor over them,
12Say to the rebellious house, ‘Do you not understand what these things mean? Tell them: The king of Babylon came to Jerusalem, took its king and officials, and brought them back with him to Babylon.
