Transliteration

And wayəhî at ʿēt təšûbat the šānâ at ʿēt ṣēʾt the məlākîm, and wayinhag yôʾāb ʾet-ḥêl the ṣābāʾ and wayyašḥēt ʾet-ʾereṣ bənê-ʿammôn and wayyāḇōʾ and wayyāṣar ʾet-rabbâ, and dāwîd yōšēḇ in-yərûšālāim. And wayyak yôʾāb ʾet-rabbâ and wayyehersehā.
