36Therefore they came back and told him. And he said, This is the word of the LORD, which he spoke by his servant Elijah the Tishbite, saying, In the plot of Jezreel dogs shall eat the flesh of Jezebel:

12He who is far off shall die of pestilence; and he who is near shall fall by the sword; and he who remains and is besieged shall die by famine: thus will I accomplish my fury upon them.
14Moreover the LORD shall raise up a king over Israel, who shall cut off the house of Jeroboam that day: but what? even now.
17And it shall come to pass, that whoever escapes the sword of Hazael, Jehu shall slay; and whoever escapes the sword of Jehu, Elisha shall slay.
22Speak, Thus says the LORD, 'Even the carcasses of men shall fall as dung on the open field, and as the handful after the harvester, and no one shall gather them.'
16As I live, says the Lord GOD, surely in the place where the king dwells who made him king, whose oath he despised and whose covenant he broke, even with him in the midst of Babylon he shall die.
4You shall fall upon the mountains of Israel, you and all your troops, and the people that are with you: I will give you to the ravenous birds of every sort, and to the beasts of the field to be devoured.
9All you beasts of the field, come to devour, yes, all you beasts in the forest.
13And Hazael said, "But what, is your servant a dog, that he should do this great thing?" And Elisha answered, "The LORD has shown me that you shall be king over Syria."
