20 And he took the captains of hundreds, the nobles, the governors of the people, and all the people of the land, and brought down the king from the house of the LORD: and they came through the high gate into the king's house, and set the king upon the throne of the kingdom.
21 And all the people of the land rejoiced: and the city was quiet, after they had slain Athaliah with the sword.

12 And the king commanded Hilkiah the priest, and Ahikam the son of Shaphan, and Achbor the son of Michaiah, and Shaphan the scribe, and Asahiah, a servant of the king's, saying,
23 And Jehu went, and Jehonadab the son of Rechab, into the house of Baal, and said to the worshippers of Baal, Search and see that none of the servants of the LORD are here with you, but only the worshippers of Baal.
8 You shall encircle the king, each with his weapons in hand, and whoever comes within the ranks, let him be killed. Stay with the king as he comes out and goes in.
11 Concerning the house of the king of Judah, say, Hear the word of the LORD;
