4 In the seventh year, Jehoiada sent and brought the commanders of hundreds, with the captains and the guard, and brought them to him into the house of the LORD, and made a covenant with them, and took an oath from them in the house of the LORD, and showed them the king's son.
19 He took the commanders over hundreds, the captains, the guard, and all the people of the land, and brought the king down from the house of the LORD; they came by way of the gate of the guard to the king's house. And he sat on the throne of the kings.

14 Then Jehoiada the priest brought out the captains of hundreds that were set over the army, and said to them, Bring her out of the ranges; and whoever follows her, let him be slain with the sword. For the priest said, Do not slay her in the house of the LORD.
15 So they laid hands on her; and when she came to the entrance of the Horse Gate by the king's house, they slew her there.
20 And he took the captains of hundreds, the nobles, the governors of the people, and all the people of the land, and brought down the king from the house of the LORD: and they came through the high gate into the king's house, and set the king upon the throne of the kingdom.
21 And all the people of the land rejoiced: and the city was quiet, after they had slain Athaliah with the sword.
11 So Jehu killed all that remained of the house of Ahab in Jezreel, and all his great men, and his kinsfolk, and his priests, until he left none remaining.

27 But when Ahaziah the king of Judah saw this, he fled by the way of the garden house. And Jehu pursued him, and said, Strike him also in the chariot. And they did so at the going up to Gur, which is by Ibleam. And he fled to Megiddo and died there.
17 And when he came to Samaria, he killed all that remained to Ahab in Samaria, till he had destroyed him, according to the word of the LORD, which he spoke to Elijah.
7 And, behold, the whole family has risen against your maidservant, and they said, Deliver him who struck his brother, that we may kill him, for the life of his brother whom he slew; and we will destroy the heir also: and so they shall extinguish my last remaining ember, and shall not leave to my husband either name or remnant on the earth.
20 His servants arose, made a conspiracy, and killed Joash in the house of Millo, on the way that goes down to Silla.
21 For Jozachar the son of Shimeath and Jehozabad the son of Shomer, his servants, struck him and he died; and they buried him with his fathers in the City of David. Then Amaziah his son reigned in his place.
17 So he died according to the word of the LORD which Elijah had spoken. And Jehoram reigned in his place in the second year of Jehoram son of Jehoshaphat, king of Judah, because he had no son.
18 Now the rest of the acts of Ahaziah which he did, are they not written in the Book of the Chronicles of the Kings of Israel?
