7And David said to Solomon, My son, as for me, it was in my mind to build a house unto the name of the LORD my God:
10Take heed now; for the LORD has chosen you to build a house for the sanctuary: be strong, and do it.
11Then David gave to Solomon his son the pattern of the porch, and of the buildings thereof, and of the treasuries thereof, and of the upper chambers thereof, and of the inner rooms thereof, and of the place of the mercy seat,
12And the pattern of all that he had by the Spirit, of the courts of the house of the LORD, and of all the chambers round about, of the treasuries of the house of God, and of the treasuries of the dedicated things:
6And David divided them into divisions among the sons of Levi, namely, Gershon, Kohath, and Merari.
14And he appointed, according to the order of David his father, the courses of the priests to their service, and the Levites to their tasks, to praise and minister before the priests, as the duty of every day required: the porters also by their courses at every gate: for so David the man of God had commanded.
1Thus all the work that Solomon made for the house of the LORD was finished; and Solomon brought in all the things that his father David had dedicated: the silver, the gold, and all the instruments, he placed among the treasures of the house of God.
2Then Solomon assembled the elders of Israel and all the heads of the tribes, the chiefs of the fathers of the children of Israel, unto Jerusalem, to bring up the ark of the covenant of the LORD from the city of David, which is Zion.
3And David gathered all Israel together to Jerusalem, to bring up the ark of the LORD to its place, which he had prepared for it.
4And David assembled the descendants of Aaron and the Levites:
20And David said to Solomon his son, Be strong and of good courage, and do it: fear not, nor be dismayed: for the LORD God, even my God, will be with you; he will not fail you, nor forsake you, until you have finished all the work for the service of the house of the LORD.
21And, behold, the divisions of the priests and the Levites, even they shall be with you for all the service of the house of God: and there shall be with you for all manner of workmanship every willing skilful man, for any manner of service: also the leaders and all the people will be wholly at your command.
2Take the sum of the sons of Kohath from among the sons of Levi, by their families, by the house of their fathers,
17David also commanded all the leaders of Israel to help Solomon his son, saying,
1Moreover, David and the captains of the army set apart for service the sons of Asaph, Heman, and Jeduthun, who should prophesy with harps, psalteries, and cymbals: and the number of the workers according to their service was:
15And the singers, the sons of Asaph, were in their place, according to the commandment of David, and Asaph, and Heman, and Jeduthun, the king's seer; and the porters waited at every gate. They could not depart from their service, because their brethren the Levites prepared for them.
19Now set your heart and your soul to seek the LORD your God; arise therefore, and build the sanctuary of the LORD God, to bring the ark of the covenant of the LORD, and the holy vessels of God, into the house that is to be built for the name of the LORD.
25And he set the Levites in the house of the LORD with cymbals, with psalteries, and with harps, according to the commandment of David, and of Gad the king's seer, and Nathan the prophet, for so was the commandment of the LORD by His prophets.
4And he appointed certain Levites to minister before the ark of the LORD, to record, and to thank and praise the LORD God of Israel:
1And Solomon resolved to build a house for the name of the LORD, and a house for his kingdom.
5And behold, I plan to build a house for the name of the LORD my God, as the LORD spoke to David my father, saying, Your son, whom I will set on your throne in your place, he shall build a house for my name.
45Both the singers and the gatekeepers kept the charge of their God, and the charge of purification, according to the commandment of David, and of Solomon his son.
1Then Solomon assembled the elders of Israel, and all the heads of the tribes, the chiefs of the fathers of the children of Israel, to King Solomon in Jerusalem, that they might bring up the ark of the covenant of the LORD out of the city of David, which is Zion.
12As for this house which you are building, if you will walk in my statutes and execute my judgments and keep all my commandments to walk in them, then I will fulfill my word with you, which I spoke to David your father:
1Furthermore, King David said to all the assembly, Solomon my son, whom alone God has chosen, is still young and tender, and the work is great: for the palace is not for man, but for the LORD God.
2And David commanded to gather together the foreigners who were in the land of Israel; and he appointed masons to cut hewn stones to build the house of God.
2Then Solomon spoke to all Israel, to the captains of thousands and of hundreds, and to the judges, and to every governor in all Israel, the chief of the fathers.
32And they ministered before the dwelling place of the tabernacle of the congregation with singing, until Solomon built the house of the LORD in Jerusalem; and then they waited on their office according to their order.
10And when the builders laid the foundation of the temple of the LORD, they set the priests in their apparel with trumpets, and the Levites the sons of Asaph with cymbals, to praise the LORD, according to the ordinance of David king of Israel.
15And they gathered their brethren, sanctified themselves, and came according to the commandment of the king, by the words of the LORD, to cleanse the house of the LORD.
6And Shemaiah the son of Nethaneel the scribe, one of the Levites, wrote them down before the king, and the princes, and Zadok the priest, and Ahimelech the son of Abiathar, and before the chiefs of the fathers of the priests and Levites: one principal household being taken for Eleazar and one taken for Ithamar.
35Then you shall come up after him, that he may come and sit upon my throne; for he shall be king in my place; and I have appointed him to be ruler over Israel and over Judah.
1And David made himself houses in the city of David, and prepared a place for the ark of God, and pitched a tent for it.
46All those that were numbered of the Levites, whom Moses and Aaron and the chiefs of Israel numbered, by their families, and by the house of their fathers,
11Now, my son, the LORD be with you; and prosper you, and build the house of the LORD your God, as he has said of you.

18And Solomon's builders and Hiram's builders and the stonecutters quarried them; so they prepared timber and stones to build the house.

17As for you, if you will walk before Me, as David your father walked, and do according to all that I have commanded you, and keep My statutes and My judgments;
