And Isaiah said to them, Thus shall you say to your master, Thus says the LORD, Do not be afraid of the words that you have heard, with which the servants of the king of Assyria have blasphemed me.

10Thus shall you speak to Hezekiah king of Judah, saying, Let not your God, in whom you trust, deceive you, saying, Jerusalem shall not be given into the hand of the king of Assyria.
11Behold, you have heard what the kings of Assyria have done to all lands by utterly destroying them; and shall you be delivered?
21Then Isaiah the son of Amoz sent to Hezekiah, saying, Thus says the LORD God of Israel, Because you have prayed to me against Sennacherib king of Assyria:
22This is the word which the LORD has spoken concerning him; The virgin, the daughter of Zion, has despised you and laughed you to scorn; the daughter of Jerusalem has shaken her head at you.
19Rabshakeh said to them, Say now to Hezekiah, Thus says the great king, the king of Assyria: What confidence is this in which you trust?
20You say (but they are only vain words) I have counsel and strength for war. Now in whom do you trust, that you rebel against me?
20Then Isaiah the son of Amoz sent to Hezekiah, saying, Thus says the LORD God of Israel, That which you have prayed to me against Sennacherib king of Assyria I have heard.

18Beware lest Hezekiah persuade you, saying, The LORD will deliver us. Has any of the gods of the nations delivered his land out of the hand of the king of Assyria?
13Then Rabshakeh stood and called out with a loud voice in the Jews' language and said, Hear the words of the great king, the king of Assyria!
14Thus says the king: Do not let Hezekiah deceive you, for he shall not be able to deliver you.
15Nor let Hezekiah make you trust in the LORD, saying, The LORD will surely deliver us; this city shall not be given into the hand of the king of Assyria.
16LORD, incline your ear, and hear: open, LORD, your eyes, and see: and hear the words of Sennacherib, which he has sent to reproach the living God.
17Truly, LORD, the kings of Assyria have destroyed the nations and their lands,
28Then Rabshakeh stood and cried with a loud voice in Hebrew and spoke, saying, Hear the words of the great king, the king of Assyria!
29Thus says the king: Do not let Hezekiah deceive you, for he shall not be able to deliver you out of his hand.
30Nor let Hezekiah make you trust in the LORD, saying, The LORD will surely deliver us, and this city shall not be handed over to the king of Assyria.
4And say to him, Be careful and be quiet; do not fear, neither be fainthearted for the two tails of these smoking firebrands, for the fierce anger of Rezin with Syria, and the son of Remaliah.
4Then the word of the LORD came to Isaiah, saying,
32Therefore thus says the LORD concerning the king of Assyria, He shall not come into this city, nor shoot an arrow there, nor come before it with shield, nor cast a siege mound against it.
24Therefore thus says the Lord GOD of hosts, O my people who dwell in Zion, do not be afraid of the Assyrian: he shall strike you with a rod, and shall lift up his staff against you, as Egypt did.
17Incline Your ear, O LORD, and hear; open Your eyes, O LORD, and see: and hear all the words of Sennacherib, which he has sent to reproach the living God.
18Truly, LORD, the kings of Assyria have laid waste all the nations and their countries,
16And his servants spoke yet more against the LORD God and against his servant Hezekiah.
17He also wrote letters to insult the LORD God of Israel and to speak against Him, saying, As the gods of the nations of other lands have not delivered their people out of my hand, so shall not the God of Hezekiah deliver His people out of my hand.
4And Rabshakeh said to them, Say now to Hezekiah, Thus says the great king, the king of Assyria: What confidence is this in which you trust?
5I say that your words are empty: I have counsel and strength for war. Now in whom do you trust, that you rebel against me?
3Then Isaiah the prophet came to King Hezekiah and said to him, What did these men say and from where did they come to you? And Hezekiah said, They have come to me from a far country, from Babylon.

21And the LORD sent an angel who destroyed all the mighty men of valor and the leaders and captains in the camp of the king of Assyria. So he returned with shame on his face to his own land. And when he entered the house of his god, his own sons killed him with the sword there.
11Does not Hezekiah persuade you to give yourselves up to die by famine and by thirst, saying, The LORD our God will deliver us out of the hand of the king of Assyria?
18But to the king of Judah who sent you to inquire of the LORD, thus shall you say to him, Thus says the LORD God of Israel, As for the words which you have heard;
9After this, Sennacherib king of Assyria sent his servants to Jerusalem (while he was besieging Lachish with all his forces), to Hezekiah king of Judah, and to all Judah that were in Jerusalem, saying,
33Therefore thus says the LORD concerning the king of Assyria, He shall not come into this city, nor shoot an arrow there, nor come before it with shields, nor build a siege ramp against it.
7Be strong and courageous, do not be afraid or dismayed because of the king of Assyria, nor for all the multitude with him, for there are more with us than with him:
26And as for the king of Judah, who sent you to inquire of the LORD, so shall you say to him, Thus says the LORD God of Israel concerning the words which you have heard;
