Then he sent another on horseback, who came to them, and said, Thus says the king, Is it peace? And Jehu answered, What do you have to do with peace? Turn in behind me.

18So there went one on horseback to meet him, and said, Thus says the king, Is it peace? And Jehu said, What do you have to do with peace? Turn in behind me. And the watchman reported, saying, The messenger reached them, but he has not returned.
20And the watchman reported, saying, He reached them and has not returned: and the driving is like the driving of Jehu the son of Nimshi; for he drives furiously.
21And Joram said, Prepare. And his chariot was prepared. And Joram king of Israel and Ahaziah king of Judah went out, each in his chariot, and they went out against Jehu, and met him in the plot of land of Naboth the Jezreelite.
22And it happened, when Joram saw Jehu, that he said, Is it peace, Jehu? And he answered, What peace, so long as the harlotries of your mother Jezebel and her witchcrafts are so many?
23And Joram turned his hands, and fled, and said to Ahaziah, Treachery, O Ahaziah!

25Then said Jehu to Bidkar his captain, Pick him up, and throw him in the plot of the field of Naboth the Jezreelite: for remember how, when I and you rode together after Ahab his father, the LORD uttered this oracle against him;
4So the young man, the prophet, went to Ramoth-gilead.
5And when he came, behold, the captains of the army were sitting; and he said, I have a message for you, O captain. And Jehu said, To which of us all? And he said, To you, O captain.
31And as Jehu entered at the gate, she said, Is it peace, you Zimri, who slew his master?
32And he lifted up his face to the window, and said, Who is on my side? Who? And there looked out to him two or three eunuchs.
27But when Ahaziah the king of Judah saw this, he fled by the way of the garden house. And Jehu pursued him, and said, Strike him also in the chariot. And they did so at the going up to Gur, which is by Ibleam. And he fled to Megiddo and died there.

7And he went and sent to Jehoshaphat the king of Judah, saying, "The king of Moab has rebelled against me. Will you go with me against Moab to battle?" And he said, "I will go up; I am as you are, my people as your people, my horses as your horses."
9Therefore, he said to the messengers of Benhadad, Tell my lord the king, All that you first sent for to your servant I will do: but this thing I may not do. And the messengers departed, and brought him word again.
5And when the messengers returned to him, he said to them, Why have you returned?
17And it shall come to pass, that whoever escapes the sword of Hazael, Jehu shall slay; and whoever escapes the sword of Jehu, Elisha shall slay.
19and charged the messenger, saying, When you have finished telling the matters of the war to the king,
18But to the king of Judah who sent you to inquire of the LORD, thus shall you say to him, Thus says the LORD God of Israel, As for the words which you have heard;
14So they took two chariot horses; and the king sent after the host of the Syrians, saying, Go and see.

26And as for the king of Judah, who sent you to inquire of the LORD, so shall you say to him, Thus says the LORD God of Israel concerning the words which you have heard;
9And the king said to him, Go in peace. So he arose and went to Hebron.
27And Micaiah said, If you certainly return in peace, then the LORD has not spoken by me. And he said, Listen, all you people.
