Transliteration

And wayyiqrāʾ Mōšeh to-all-Yiśrāʾēl and wayyōʾmer to-them: You reʾîtem ʾēt all-that ʿāśāh YHWH to-ʿênêkem in-ʾereṣ Miṣrayim to-Parʿōh and-to-all-ʿăbādāyw and-to-all-ʾarṣô.
