10You shall do according to the decision they give you at the place which the LORD chooses, and you shall be careful to do according to all that they instruct you.
11When all Israel comes to appear before the LORD your God in the place which he shall choose, you shall read this law before all Israel in their hearing.
7Nevertheless, hear now this word that I speak in your ears, and in the ears of all the people;

19And when we departed from Horeb, we went through all that great and terrible wilderness, which you saw by the way of the mountain of the Amorites, as the LORD our God commanded us; and we came to Kadesh Barnea.
