21 So they gathered it every morning, every man according to his need; and when the sun became hot, it melted.
22 And it came to pass, that on the sixth day they gathered twice as much bread, two omers for each person; and all the rulers of the congregation came and told Moses.
23 And he said to them, This is what the LORD has said: Tomorrow is a Sabbath rest, a holy Sabbath to the LORD; bake what you will bake today, and boil what you will boil, and lay up for yourselves all that remains, to be kept until the morning.
24 So they laid it up till the morning, as Moses commanded, and it did not stink, nor were there any worms in it.

3 And Moses said to the people, Remember this day, in which you came out from Egypt, out of the house of bondage; for by strength of hand the LORD brought you out from this place: no leavened bread shall be eaten.
6 And on the fifteenth day of the same month is the feast of unleavened bread to the LORD; seven days you must eat unleavened bread.
18 And say to the people, Sanctify yourselves for tomorrow, and you shall eat meat; for you have wept in the ears of the LORD, saying, Who shall give us meat to eat? for it was well with us in Egypt; therefore the LORD will give you meat, and you shall eat.
19 You shall not eat one day, nor two days, nor five days, neither ten days, nor twenty days;
