17Son of man, when the house of Israel lived in their own land, they defiled it by their own way and by their doings: their way was before me as the uncleanness of a removed woman.
25There is a conspiracy of her prophets in its midst, like a roaring lion ravening the prey; they have devoured souls; they have taken treasure and precious things; they have made her many widows in its midst.

36The LORD said moreover to me; Son of man, will you judge Aholah and Aholibah? Yes, declare to them their abominations;
3Therefore, the showers have been withheld, and there has been no latter rain; and you had a harlot's forehead, you refused to be ashamed.
12The word of the LORD came again to me, saying,
13Son of man, when the land sins against me by trespassing grievously, then will I stretch out my hand upon it and will break the staff of the bread thereof, and will send famine upon it, and will cut off man and beast from it;
13Thus says the Lord GOD; Because they say to you, You land devour men, and have bereaved your nations;
22The wind shall eat up all your shepherds, and your lovers shall go into captivity: surely then shall you be ashamed and confounded for all your wickedness.
4Therefore prophesy against them, prophesy, O son of man.
2Son of man, make Jerusalem aware of her abominations,
19For thus says the Lord GOD: When I shall make you a desolate city, like the cities that are not inhabited, when I shall bring up the deep upon you, and great waters shall cover you,

13Therefore, thus says the Lord GOD: I will rend it with a stormy wind in my fury; there shall be an overflowing shower in my anger, and great hailstones in my fury to consume it.

35Therefore, O harlot, hear the word of the LORD;

20Therefore thus says the Lord GOD; Behold, my anger and my fury will be poured out upon this place, upon man, and upon beast, and upon the trees of the field, and upon the fruit of the ground; and it will burn, and will not be quenched.
28And her prophets have daubed them with untempered mortar, seeing false visions, and divining lies to them, saying, Thus says the Lord GOD, when the LORD has not spoken.

24The LORD shall make the rain of your land powder and dust: from heaven shall it come down upon you, until you are destroyed.
17Therefore thus says the LORD; Your wife shall be a harlot in the city, and your sons and your daughters shall fall by the sword, and your land shall be divided by line; and you shall die in a polluted land: and Israel shall surely go into captivity from his land.
9Then he said to me, The iniquity of the house of Israel and Judah is exceedingly great, and the land is full of blood, and the city full of perverseness: for they say, The LORD has forsaken the earth, and the LORD does not see.
6Prophesy therefore concerning the land of Israel, and say to the mountains, and to the hills, to the rivers, and to the valleys, Thus says the Lord GOD; Behold, I have spoken in my jealousy and in my fury, because you have borne the shame of the nations:
20Then I answered them, The word of the LORD came to me, saying,
7The morning has come upon you, O you that dwell in the land; the time has come, the day of trouble is near, and not the joyful shouting from the mountains.
22And I will plead against him with pestilence and with blood; and I will rain upon him, and upon his bands, and upon the many people that are with him, an overflowing rain, and great hailstones, fire, and brimstone.
