As long as my breath is in me, and the spirit of God is in my nostrils;

10For my life is spent with grief, and my years with sighing: my strength fails because of my iniquity, and my bones are consumed.
4Therefore my spirit is overwhelmed within me; my heart within me is desolate.
4As I was in the days of my youth, when the secret of God was upon my tent;
5When the Almighty was still with me, when my children were around me;
17For how can the servant of this my lord speak with this my lord? For as for me, immediately there remained no strength in me, nor is there breath left in me.
20The breath of our nostrils, the anointed of the LORD, was captured in their pits, of whom we said, 'Under his shadow we shall live among the nations.'
2While I live, I will praise the LORD: I will sing praises to my God while I have my being.
4For the arrows of the Almighty are within me, the poison which drinks up my spirit; the terrors of God have arrayed themselves against me.
7Then the dust will return to the earth as it was, and the spirit will return to God who gave it.
9By the breath of God they perish, and by the blast of his nostrils they are consumed.
