1Now when Jesus was born in Bethlehem of Judea in the days of King Herod, behold, wise men came from the east to Jerusalem,

15And it came to pass, as the angels went away from them into heaven, the shepherds said to one another, Let us now go to Bethlehem and see this thing that has happened, which the Lord has made known to us.
16And they came with haste, and found Mary and Joseph, and the baby lying in a manger.
17And when they had seen him, they spread the word concerning what had been told them about this child.
18And all who heard it wondered at those things which were told to them by the shepherds.
19But when Herod was dead, behold, an angel of the Lord appeared in a dream to Joseph in Egypt,
20Saying, Arise, take the young child and his mother, and go into the land of Israel: for those who sought the young child's life are dead.
21And he arose, and took the young child and his mother, and came into the land of Israel.
22But when he heard that Archelaus reigned in Judea in the place of his father Herod, he was afraid to go there: nevertheless, being warned by God in a dream, he turned aside into the regions of Galilee:
23And he came and dwelt in a city called Nazareth: that it might be fulfilled which was spoken by the prophets, He shall be called a Nazarene.
20And the shepherds returned, glorifying and praising God for all the things that they had heard and seen, as it was told to them.
3And said to him, Are you the one who is to come, or should we look for another?
4And Joseph also went up from Galilee, out of the city of Nazareth, into Judea, to the city of David, which is called Bethlehem, (because he was of the house and lineage of David)
