39For the children of Israel and the children of Levi shall bring the offering of the grain, of the new wine, and the oil, to the chambers, where are the vessels of the sanctuary, and the priests who minister, and the gatekeepers, and the singers: and we will not forsake the house of our God.
29They joined with their brethren, their nobles, and entered into a curse and into an oath, to walk in God's law, which was given by Moses the servant of God, and to observe and do all the commandments of the LORD our Lord, and His judgments and His statutes;

31And if the people of the land bring goods or any food on the Sabbath day to sell, that we would not buy it from them on the Sabbath, or on the holy day: and that we would forgo the seventh year and the exaction of every debt.

23Whatever is commanded by the God of heaven, let it be diligently done for the house of the God of heaven: for why should there be wrath against the realm of the king and his sons?
24Also we certify you, that concerning any of the priests and Levites, singers, gatekeepers, Nethinims, or ministers of this house of God, it shall not be lawful to impose toll, tribute, or custom, upon them.
30So the priests and the Levites took charge of the silver, the gold, and the vessels, to bring them to Jerusalem to the house of our God.
32And we came to Jerusalem, and stayed there three days.
33Now on the fourth day the silver and the gold and the vessels were weighed in the house of our God by the hand of Meremoth the son of Uriah the priest; and with him was Eleazar the son of Phinehas; and with them was Jozabad the son of Jeshua, and Noadiah the son of Binnui, Levites;
34All was counted and weighed, and all the weight was recorded at that time.
3Therefore, let us make a covenant with our God to put away all these wives and their children, according to the advice of my lord and those who tremble at the command of our God. Let it be done according to the law.
8Moreover I make a decree as to what you shall do for the elders of these Jews for the building of this house of God: that from the king's goods, even of the tribute beyond the river, expenses be given to these men, so that they are not hindered.
13This they shall give, everyone who is numbered, half a shekel according to the shekel of the sanctuary: (a shekel is twenty gerahs): a half shekel shall be the offering to the LORD.
3Moreover, because I have set my affection to the house of my God, I have given of my own proper goods, of gold and silver, which I have given to the house of my God, over and above all that I have prepared for the holy house,
4They also kept the feast of tabernacles, as it is written, and offered the daily burnt offerings by number, according to the custom, as the duty of every day required;
5And afterward offered the continual burnt offering, both of the new moons, and of all the set feasts of the LORD that were consecrated, and of everyone that willingly offered a freewill offering to the LORD.
38And because of all this, we make a sure covenant and write it; and our princes, Levites, and priests seal it.
31And to offer all burnt sacrifices to the LORD on the sabbaths, on the new moons, and on the set feasts, by number, according to the order commanded to them, continually before the LORD:
32And that they should keep the charge of the tabernacle of the congregation, and the charge of the holy place, and the charge of the sons of Aaron their brothers, in the service of the house of the LORD.
10And they put it into the hand of the workmen who had the oversight of the house of the LORD, and they gave it to the workmen who worked in the house of the LORD, to repair and amend the house:
13But there are many people, and it is a time of heavy rain, and we are not able to stand outside. Nor is this a task that can be accomplished in a day or two, for we have greatly transgressed in this matter.
14Let our leaders of the entire assembly stand, and let all those in our cities who have taken foreign wives come at appointed times, together with the elders and judges of each city, until the fierce wrath of our God concerning this matter is turned away from us.
15And to carry the silver and gold, which the king and his counselors have freely offered to the God of Israel, whose habitation is in Jerusalem,
30Thus I cleansed them of everything foreign, and I assigned duties to the priests and the Levites, each to his service,
13Also for the divisions of the priests and the Levites, and for all the work of the service of the house of the LORD, and for all the articles of service in the house of the LORD.
5and he had prepared for him a large room, where previously they had stored the grain offerings, the frankincense, the vessels, and the tithes of grain, new wine, and oil, which were commanded to be given to the Levites, the singers, and the gatekeepers, as well as the offerings for the priests.
17That you may buy speedily with this money bulls, rams, lambs, with their grain offerings and their drink offerings, and offer them upon the altar of the house of your God which is in Jerusalem.
18And whatever seems good to you, and to your brethren, to do with the rest of the silver and the gold, do according to the will of your God.
19The vessels also that are given to you for the service of the house of your God, deliver before the God of Jerusalem.
20And whatever more shall be needed for the house of your God, which you shall have occasion to bestow, bestow it out of the king's treasure house.
4There were also those who said, We have borrowed money for the king's tax, against our lands and vineyards.
10You shall therefore keep this ordinance in its season from year to year.
23That we have built us an altar to turn from following the LORD, or if to offer on it burnt offering or grain offering, or if to offer peace offerings on it, let the LORD Himself require it;
10I likewise, and my brethren and my servants, could demand money and grain from them. I pray you, let us stop this interest.
10Now it is in my heart to make a covenant with the LORD God of Israel, that His fierce wrath may turn away from us.
12Then they said, We will restore them, and will require nothing from them; we will do as you say. Then I called the priests and required an oath from them that they would do according to this promise.
44At that time some were appointed over the chambers for the treasures, for the offerings, for the firstfruits, and for the tithes, to gather into them out of the fields of the cities the portions required by the Law for the priests and Levites; for Judah rejoiced for the priests and for the Levites who ministered.
11They gave the money, after it had been counted, into the hands of those who did the work and had oversight of the house of the LORD. They paid it to the carpenters and builders, who worked on the house of the LORD,
6And concerning the children of Israel and Judah who dwelt in the cities of Judah, they also brought in the tithe of oxen and sheep, and the tithe of holy things which were consecrated to the LORD their God, and laid them in heaps.
