7Just as it is right for me to think this of you all, because I have you in my heart; both in my chains and in the defense and confirmation of the gospel, you all are partakers with me of grace.

15And in this confidence, I intended to come to you before, that you might have a second benefit;

4Lest if those of Macedonia come with me and find you unprepared, we (not to say you) should be ashamed of this same confident boasting.
5Therefore I thought it necessary to urge the brethren, that they would go ahead to you and prepare in advance your generous gift, which had been promised before, that it might be ready as a matter of generosity, and not as of covetousness.
11You also helping together by prayer for us, that for the gift bestowed upon us by the means of many persons, thanks may be given by many on our behalf.
1Now concerning the collection for the saints, as I have instructed the churches of Galatia, so you must do as well.
13For in what way were you inferior to other churches, except that I myself was not burdensome to you? Forgive me this wrong.
19And not only that, but who was also chosen by the churches to travel with us with this grace, which is administered by us to the glory of the Lord himself, and to show your eager willingness.
6That the sharing of your faith may become effective by the acknowledgment of every good thing which is in you in Christ Jesus.
7For we have great joy and solace in your love, because the hearts of the saints are refreshed by you, brother.
20For I have no one like-minded, who will sincerely care for your state.

15Where then is that blessing you spoke of? For I bear you witness that, if possible, you would have plucked out your own eyes and given them to me.
