Whoever secretly slanders his neighbor, him will I cut off: him that has a haughty look and a proud heart I will not endure.

13 For I have heard the slander of many: fear was on every side: while they took counsel together against me, they devised to take my life.
6 He has said in his heart, I shall not be moved; for I shall never be in adversity.
7 His mouth is full of cursing and deceit and fraud; under his tongue is mischief and vanity.
8 He sits in the lurking places of the villages; in the secret places he murders the innocent; his eyes are secretly set against the poor.
