4 How long will the land mourn and the herbs of every field wither, because of the wickedness of those who dwell in it? The beasts and the birds are consumed, because they said, 'He will not see our final end.'

9 The women of my people you have cast out from their pleasant houses; from their children you have taken away my glory forever.
5 Let the enemy persecute my soul, and take it; yes, let him tread down my life upon the earth, and lay my honor in the dust. Selah.

3 Why do You show me iniquity, and cause me to behold trouble? For plundering and violence are before me; there are those who raise up strife and contention.
8 When You said, 'Seek My face,' my heart said to You, 'Your face, LORD, I will seek.'
26 Let them be ashamed and brought to confusion together that rejoice at my hurt; let them be clothed with shame and dishonor that magnify themselves against me.
