7Then I will cut off Israel from the land which I have given them; and this house, which I have hallowed for My name, I will cast out of My sight; and Israel shall be a proverb and a byword among all people:
5Therefore I have cut them down by the prophets; I have slain them by the words of my mouth: and your judgments are as the light that goes forth.
3And say to the land of Israel, Thus says the LORD; Behold, I am against you, and will draw forth my sword out of its sheath, and will cut off from you the righteous and the wicked.
4I will also stretch out My hand upon Judah, and upon all the inhabitants of Jerusalem; and I will cut off the remnant of Baal from this place, and the names of the idolatrous priests along with the priests;
8And I will set my face against that man and will make him a sign and a proverb, and I will cut him off from the midst of my people; and you shall know that I am the LORD.
20You are my battle axe and weapons of war; for with you I will break in pieces the nations, and with you I will destroy kingdoms;
10It is my desire that I should discipline them; and the people shall be gathered against them, when they bind themselves in their two furrows.
