  • 16 Thus says the LORD of hosts, Do not listen to the words of the prophets who prophesy to you. They make you vain; they speak a vision of their own heart, and not out of the mouth of the LORD.

  • 11 He who tills his land will be satisfied with bread, but he who follows vain persons is void of understanding.

  • 5 I knew you in the wilderness, in the land of great drought.

  • 16 This is concerning the prophets of Israel who prophesy concerning Jerusalem, and see visions of peace for her, when there is no peace, says the Lord GOD.
