Transliteration

And ʾāmartā (you shall say) to him lēmōr (saying): Thus ʾāmar (says) YHWH ṣəḇāʾôṯ (YHWH of hosts) lēmōr (saying): hin·nēh-ʾîš (Behold, a man) ṣemaḥ (Branch) is his name, and from mit·taḥtāyw (his place) he shall yiṣmāḥ (branch out/sprout), and he shall ḇānāh (build) the hêḵal (temple) of YHWH.
