And speak to him, saying, Thus speaks the LORD of hosts, saying, Behold the man whose name is The BRANCH; and he shall grow up out of his place, and he shall build the temple of the LORD:

2Speak now to Zerubbabel the son of Shealtiel, governor of Judah, and to Joshua the son of Jehozadak, the high priest, and to the remnant of the people, saying,

16Therefore thus says the LORD: I am returning to Jerusalem with mercy; My house shall be built in it, says the LORD of hosts, and a measuring line shall be stretched out over Jerusalem.
21And their nobles shall be of themselves, and their governor shall come from among them; and I will cause him to draw near, and he shall approach me: for who is he who devoted his heart to approach me? says the LORD.
