For I have bent Judah for myself, filled the bow with Ephraim, and raised up your sons, O Zion, against your sons, O Greece, and made you like the sword of a mighty man.

13 And it shall come to pass, that as you were a curse among the nations, O house of Judah, and house of Israel; so will I save you, and you shall be a blessing: fear not, but let your hands be strong.
10 It is my desire that I should discipline them; and the people shall be gathered against them, when they bind themselves in their two furrows.
9 Thus says the LORD, After this manner will I mar the pride of Judah, and the great pride of Jerusalem.

18 Behold, I and the children whom the LORD has given me are for signs and for wonders in Israel from the LORD of hosts, who dwells in Mount Zion.
14 And I will dash them one against another, even the fathers and the sons together, says the LORD: I will have no pity, nor spare, nor have mercy, but destroy them.
21 And I said, What are these coming to do? And he spoke, saying, These are the horns that have scattered Judah so that no one could lift up his head; but these have come to terrify them, to cast out the horns of the nations that lifted up their horn over the land of Judah to scatter it.
13 I have raised him up in righteousness, and I will direct all his ways: he shall build My city, and he shall let go My captives, not for price nor reward, says the LORD of hosts.
