19and what is the incomparable greatness of his power toward us who believe, as displayed in the exercise of his immense strength.

1¶ Introduction: God Has Spoken Fully and Finally in His Son After God spoke long ago in various portions and in various ways to our ancestors through the prophets,

2I want you to recall both the predictions foretold by the holy prophets and the commandment of the Lord and Savior through your apostles.
3revealing that you are a letter of Christ, delivered by us, written not with ink but by the Spirit of the living God, not on stone tablets but on tablets of human hearts.
16to reveal his Son in me so that I could preach him among the Gentiles, I did not go to ask advice from any human being,
3But even if our gospel is veiled, it is veiled only to those who are perishing,

2Dear friends, we are God’s children now, and what we will be has not yet been revealed. We know that whenever it is revealed we will be like him, because we will see him just as he is.

5Your faith and love have arisen from the hope laid up for you in heaven, which you have heard about in the message of truth, the gospel
17Live in Holiness So I say this, and insist in the Lord, that you no longer live as the Gentiles do, in the futility of their thinking.
16And we all agree, our religion contains amazing revelation: He was revealed in the flesh, vindicated by the Spirit, seen by angels, proclaimed among Gentiles, believed on in the world, taken up in glory.
