21You, being in past times alienated and enemies in your mind in your evil works,
23Epaphras, my fellow prisoner in Christ Jesus, greets you,
11being filled with the fruits of righteousness, which are through Jesus Christ, to the glory and praise of God.
12Now I desire to have you know, brothers, that the things which happened to me have turned out rather to the progress of the Good News;
13so that it became evident to the whole palace guard, and to all the rest, that my bonds are in Christ;
30because for the work of Christ he came near to death, risking his life to supply that which was lacking in your service toward me.

16and by you to pass into Macedonia, and again from Macedonia to come to you, and to be sent forward by you on my journey to Judea.
14Let our people also learn to maintain good works for necessary uses, that they may not be unfruitful.
8This saying is faithful, and concerning these things I desire that you affirm confidently, so that those who have believed God may be careful to maintain good works. These things are good and profitable to men;
12I beg you, brothers, become as I am, for I also have become as you are. You did me no wrong,
9But now that you have come to know God, or rather to be known by God, why do you turn back again to the weak and miserable elemental principles, to which you desire to be in bondage all over again?
23but they only heard: "He who once persecuted us now preaches the faith that he once tried to destroy."
20For when you were servants of sin, you were free in regard to righteousness.
19I strongly urge you to do this, that I may be restored to you sooner.
12And I thank him who enabled me, Christ Jesus our Lord, because he counted me faithful, appointing me to service;
