ኣቢሻይ ንዳዊት ኣለ፡ «እግዚኣብሔር ዛሬ ጠላትኻ ኣብ እጅኻ ሃበዎ እዩ። ኣብዚ ኣሎ ብኢላ ሓደ ግዜ ክንቕጽዎ ኣትዕዘብኒ፤ ካልእ ግዜ ክቕጽዎ ኣይደሊን።»

    7ስለዚ ዳዊትን ኣቢሻይን ብለይሊ ናብ ሕዝቡ መጹ፤ እነ ሳውል ኣብ መካከል ሰፈር ተኣሚቱ ነበረ፣ ኢላኡ ድማ ኣብ ምድር ተተረከበ ነበረ ኣብ ኣጠገብ ራስኡ፤ ኣብነርን ሕዝቡን ድማ ኣብ ዙሪያው ተኣሚቱ ነበሩ።
