ሳሙኤል ለሳኦል እንተበለ፦ ለምንታይ ኣዕረብካኒ እንተ ኣብ ላዕሊ ኣመጽእካኒ? ሳኦል መለሰ እንተበለ፦ ኣዝዩ ተጨንቂብ ዘለኒ እየ፤ ፍልስጥማውያን ኣብ ላዕለይ ሰልፍ ይሰናኩ እዮም፣ ኣምላኽ ካብየ ተለያዩ እዩ፣ ከኣ ኣይመልሰኒን እዩ፤ ነቢያት ወይ ሕልማት ብምኻነ እንኳ ኣይመልሰኒን። ስለዚ እንታይ ክገብር እንዳለኒ ንኽትነግረኒ ጠሪኩካ።

    14እሱ ንሳ እንተበለ፦ መልኩ እንታይ እዩ? እታ እንተበለት፦ ሽማግለ ሰብ ይወጽእ እዩ፤ ብረዙሕ መጐናጸፊ ልብስ ሸፍነ እዩ። ሳኦል ድማ ሳሙኤል እንዳለ ፈሊጠ፣ ፊቱ ናብ ምድር ኣሳረሐ ስግዶ ተደመሰሰ።
