    2ስለዚ ዳዊት እግዚኣብሔር ሓተተ እንዳ ኣለ፦ ‘ክሕዝ እወ እዞም ፍልስጥኤማን ክንቅስን እንግር?’ እግዚኣብሔር ንዳዊት መለሰዎ፦ ‘ሂው፣ ፍልስጥኤማን ንቅስን፣ ቄይላ ንሕልው.’

    3እንዲ ሰባት ዳዊት ንሱ በሉ፦ ‘እዩ ኣብዚ ኣብ ይሁዳ ንፈርስ ኢና፤ ንእሽቶ እንተ ናብ ቄይላ ንመጽእ ላዕለ ሰራዊት ፍልስጥኤማን እንደ ምን ይብዛ ክንፈርስ?’

    4እዚ ዳዊት እግዚኣብሔር እንደ ገና ሓተተ። እግዚኣብሔር መለሰዎ እንዲ ኣለዎ፦ ‘ተነስእ፣ ናብ ቄይላ ንሕብ፤ እኔ ፍልስጥኤማን ኣብ እጅኻ ክሃብ እየ.’

    5እንተዛ ዳዊትን ሰባትኡን ናብ ቄይላ ከይዱ፣ ንፍልስጥኤማን ተዋጊዮም፣ ከብታቶም ኣካተሉ ኣመጹ፣ ብከቢድ መቅሰፍቲ ነቐሱኦም። እንተዛ ዳዊት ናይ ቄይላ ሕዝብ ኣንጽሕዎ ኣድሉዎም.
