Every precious stone was your covering: ruby, topaz, and diamond; beryl, onyx, and jasper; sapphire, turquoise, and emerald; and gold. The workmanship of your settings and mountings was prepared for you on the day you were created. 14 You were an anointed guardian cherub, and I placed you on the holy mountain of God. So I drove you in disgrace from the mountain of God, and I expelled you, guardian cherub, from among the stones of fire. 17 Your heart became proud because of your beauty; you corrupted your wisdom on account of your splendor. So I threw you to the earth; I made you a spectacle before kings. 18 By your many sins and your dishonest trade, you have profaned your sanctuaries. So I brought fire out from within you, and it consumed you. I reduced you to ashes on the ground in the sight of all those watching.
